The Old Coach House

The Old Coach House, a perfect place for a romantic, peaceful and relaxing break in the Cotswolds. Situated in the beautiful Toadsmoor Valley, a few miles from Cirencester and Stroud.

The cottage has an enclosed garden and hot tub. (use of our outdoor swimming pool is available during the summer months).

A wood burner in the winter makes it snug and cosy. Wonderful woodland and countryside walks await from the front door.

The Old Coach House, is an early 19th century Cotswold stone building, originally a stable with trap house above and an adjoining Victorian Potting Shed.

In the winter the wood burner is a favourite feature for our guests, providing a warm and cosy atmosphere. Central heating is available if you don't want to light the fire.

Downstairs there is a comfy kingsize bed, Tv in the bedrooms, bathroom with shower over the bath, the kitchen has all new electric appliances, including Nespresso coffee machine.

The Old Coach House provides a lovely romantic retreat at all times of the year. Autumn and winter it is cosy and atmospheric with the wood burner and in the spring and summer you have many county side walks and the beautiful Cotswolds to explore.

For guests only a hot tub is available all year and use of the family swimming pool in the summer months.

There is plenty of local wildlife to see and hear, foxes, badgers, deer, muntjac and birds of prey. Owls can be heard at night time.

There are many local pubs in the area all serving good food and local ale. The Ram Inn and The Stroud Brewery can be reach on foot in 20/ 25 mins..

One small dog

is welcome to stay inside the coach house. There is a safe enclosed garden and of course many lovely walks straight from the front door.

Extras

A washing machine is available for wet walking gear, along with an Air Dryer.

There is also an extra under-counter fridge-freezer. Extra wood is stored in here too for those chilly nights sitting by the wood burner.
